Book a free call about the platform
If you would rather talk it through before signing up, book the early access call. It is free, there is nothing to pay afterwards and no obligation, and it is with somebody who builds the platform rather than a salesperson.
What it is for
We mostly ask: what you teach, what you use now and what is in the way, so that together we can work out whether the platform would help. You get a straight answer, including that it is not the right fit when that is the honest one, and, if it is worth going on with, a short written outline of what using it would involve and what it would cost.
It is also the place to ask for anything about your college’s set-up, such as lining your free year up with your academic year.
Booking it
Book a free call is on the Learning Platform page and at the foot of every page, and opens /learning/call. Nothing is booked until you pick a time.
- Say who you are. Your work email, your organisation, your role, roughly how many students you teach, and anything else you want us to know first. A school or college address is asked for, not a personal one.
- Type the code. We email a code to that address, and typing it is your sign-in: there is no password. If you are already signed in, the page skips straight to the times.
- Pick a time. The times on offer are shown a week to a page, in your own time zone. Pick one and the call is booked, and an email confirms it.
Moving or cancelling it
Once you have a call booked, Bookings appears on your bar. It lists what you have booked, and each call can be moved to another time or cancelled there. You are emailed whenever one is booked, moved or cancelled.
Questions people ask
- Does it cost anything?
- No. The call is free, with no card and nothing to pay afterwards, and booking it commits you to nothing. Part C of the terms covers it.
- Which time zone are the times in?
- Yours, as your browser reports it. The link beside the times changes it and brings you back to the same page.
- Can I write instead of talking?
- Yes. The contact page sends us a message instead.
