"Too slow on my phone",
"Slow again today",
]
slow = 0
for comment in comments:
if "slow" in comment.lower():
slow = slow + 1
print("Comments about speed:", slow)
# Count the comments that mention "cancel".
Worked example: compare with the targets

Choose what to change first
Give each change two scores from 1 to 3. Impact: how much it helps. Effort: how much work it needs.
Do high impact and low effort first. Do low impact and high effort last, or not at all. Always say why.
A priority table
| Change | Impact (1 to 3) | Effort (1 to 3) | Decision |
|---|---|---|---|
| Move the Cancel button to the top | 3 | 1 | Do now |
| Make the waiting list load faster | 3 | 3 | Do next, after a plan |
| Send a text message | 2 | 3 | Do later |
| Change the colours | 1 | 1 | Do only if there is time |
