The new college app
A college plans a new app for timetables and grades. The head of the college is happy. Teachers worry about extra work. Students want it fast. Parents want to see results. The government checks that it follows the rules.
Each of these people is affected by the app. Each one has a different view. The word for them is stakeholders (people affected by a plan).
